Any suggestions on my next purchase guys?  I was thinking about a Wilson Combat 1911.  How about another AR instead?

Thats a fresh set up you have there. I can't wait until I turn 21 so I can get a handgun here in PA.

I'm kinda lucky...grew up in Indiana where you can start at age 18.  I've been in debt ever since :)  Wouldn't want it any other way!

I think you need both another AR, and a full size custom 1911. That's just me though.

nice collection!

you need a semi auto .308--maybe a FAL or a G3 clone or M1A

and you need more mags and ammo!

You're right I do need more mags.  I have 4000 rounds of Lake City waiting to be shot right now...so yes I need more ammo as well.  HeHe!  I really want a nice custom 1911.  The thing I need most right now is a spotting scope.  I can't see shit at 100 yards. h

How about some 30 round mags?

I've got some...just harder for me to use at the range becaue of my sandbag setup.  I use them when I go plinking for fun.  More ammo = more things to blow apart.  I wish I had my own land to shoot on.

You've got enough sidearms.

Why do you bold every post title, and post text?

Looks nice to me...if it bothers you i'm sorry.

Doesn't bother me, though some may see it as being an attention whore.

I guess if people have nothing else to complain about...it might seem that way.  I've got better things to do.  Thanks for the advice though.

Yeah, I would say you have enough rifles for the time being.  As stated above, get a .308 of some sort.  G3, FAL, M1A Socom are all very nice and very available with the clones and all.

Since you asked, a good idea is to get a twin of your Wilson AR and a Wilson 1911 with a compensator.

I have a 1911 .45 with a Wilson compensator and it's my SHTF pistol and I love it.

Is it really worth the money?  I could buy 3 of the other brand for the same price.

Are you talking about the AR or the 1911?

Slightly off topic: Is your bold key stuck, it seems that you're shouting like some guys that are using all caps.

Christ, it seemed like such a simple post and turned to shit due to all the attitude.

ANYHOW, I would bag the 1911 for a SHTF gun, specifically if it's a bug OUT situation.  I have em and love to shoot them.  I prefer my SIGs, HK or Glock for SHTF due to ease in field stripping.  No extra tools, stip it with eyes closed in the dark if I had to.  Hey, just being picky since you asked.

Are you joking? I just warned you in your last thread and then locked it. Then you start calling names in this one. Look, clean it up now or your stay here will be very short.

Sorry...kinda did it at the same time.  It's just sad people try to ruin a post and I lost my temper.  Long day.

...don't need a wrench with the more modern lock-up design. Im more comfortable stripping a 1911 than the other fumblematics. BUt I was raised almost form the gitgo on em, so its more natural to me.

Whatever one can easily maintain in the field...a 1911..fine...whatever.  I agree, comfort with the weapon is vital.

The 1911 with the compensator could be shot faster and more accurately during double taps.

The compensator reduces the flip which gives you a shorter time for your next shot.

You could pick their plain model up to their competition model it's up to you.

I really like the Tactical Super Grade Compact and/or the SDS (Stealth Defense System).  Any comments?

ONE'S SUPER AND THE OTHER REALLY STEALTHY.  I'D GO WITH STEALTHY AS IT WOULD BE LESS OBVIOUS TO ANY POTENTIAL CONFISCATORS

As I see it nobody was trying to ruin your thread, just giving you a little good natured grief for insisting on using bold.

Lighten up.
