Hello Everyone!

I'm looking to build a 9mm flat top upper with 5" or 6" barrel. I'm not quiet sure where to get the barrel. I think Gem-tech has a 5 incher.

so what components would you suggest me to use? And how much would it cost?

Thanks

The easiest barrel to make is the Colt pattern, and a bunch of people can cut you one from blank. Just square the chamber end, cut it slide into upper, chamber and cut to length, the rest is cosmetic.

I know WA Tom (has/had an ad on subguns "under $500 board), Tony Gooch (mguntony), maybe Dave Hineline, can all cut you a barrel. I think Gemtech outsources the 5" barrel for their Talon, but Doc might cut you one. I had mine made by somebody else, paid a bit too much, and had to repair it to work.
