Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What to do? New receiver or upper?

I'm really wanting to convert my A2 to an A3 and put an ACOG on it but am wondering if i should just swap receivers or get a whole new upper with a milled gas block.  I'm leaning toward the new upper thing, so i'd be selling my current one.  How much would a Bushmaster 14.5" M4A2 upper with sub-300 rounds go for, without the charging handle and bolt carrier?
