Is this for real?  Just saw it on the gunbroker features items on their homepage.  Couldn't find anything on Arfcom regarding this.  All searches for 3.75" turned up threads about handgun caliber pistols.  How does this even cycle?

perhaps because you didnt look at the most important picture?

he has clearly modified a gas tube into a super short gas system.  it isnt operating on blowback, so i see no reason why it WONT work given a large gas port and/or super light buffer.

Interesting.  It looks like the BCG has an integrated buffer attached to it.  Although, if this pistol is meant to be suppressed, that would make the whole thing even more finicky.

Cycling aside, how about stabilizing the bullet?  There was no mention of barrel twist rate in the description.  Even then, would the bullet even have time to stabilize in that short a distance?  The bullet would manage only about half a twist before leaving the barrel, assuming a 1/7 twist rate.

Just questions that are coming up.  Short of the description on the listing, I couldn't find any other information on it.  Just curious, that's all.

Buffer tube and bolt look like they are from Gunsmoke Enterprises.  I used one on a pistol build about 2 years ago.

Looks like it is intended as a suppressor host maybe?

Thanks for that link. Will that buffer setup work on a longer barrel or is it specifically designed for a 7.5"?
