What lower parts kit to use???

I have a lower that I have been sitting on for a few years now and would like to start building it up. Who makes a good all around lower parts kit? I am only looking to shoot it for fun but might use it for 3-gun comp in the future. Thanks for the help!

CMT makes one of the nicest, but DPMS and RRA have good LPKs as well.

I've used DPMS and RRA and don't have any complaints. Heard good things about the CMT but haven't tried them.
