A used Rock River Upper 9mm without the bolt, but does have a modified compensator along with a lead weight inside the handguard to help keep it steady so it is a bit heavier than expected.

Any idea what the going price of one these should be?

how long is the barrel?
I'd say less than $450. Cuz you can get a new one for that, and it would include the bolt.

Yikes!

I thought my 16" barrel was a little long for 9mm...?

Most people that go to a 9mm platform, like the SBR barrels.  4-10"

TRG

Course the SBR requires a tax stamp. The 20" barrel could easily be cut down & rethreaded to 16", perhaps a Dissy type.
