Does it come with a 1-stage or 2-stage trigger? What poundage does it break at? Thanks.

standard mil-spec FCG (well semi-auto of course), it's a single stage design (though if you get a gritty one you'll sware it's a 3 stage trigger ) they break anywhere between 6.5-8 lbs.

+1. The Stag triggers should be pretty much the same as every other standard single stage trigger on the market. There's a lot you can do to reduce the weight. Yellow Tavern reduced power springs, 15-minute trigger job (controversial), or a little polishing of the engagement points will all lighten the trigger pull, the first 2 will make a much more drastic difference than the latter.
