Who makes the best carry handle for a flattop? RRA, Bushmaster, or Colt? I am looking for 1 to complete my bushmaster. Thanks

Get bushmaster.

Take a look at the ArmaLite. I've got one and I really like it. It's distinguished from the others because it has oversize knurling surfaces on the knobs. This makes it a little easier to put on and take off than the others. It also has a unique 'recoil lug' in the center to help consistancy and prevent movement. Wether or not these factors matter is up to the user of course.

I had to bring my front sight up about .035 above mechanical zero to sight in at 200 yards on an SR target. Perhaps it needs that special higher front post like the Colt does.

So the Colt is made for the military spec taller front sight? If that is the case, I will just get a Bushy.

The one thing I don't like about my XM15ES - A3 is the removeable carry handle. The slot is not big enough to actually put your fingers through so if you use the handle you have to carry it by your fingertips......WTF!
