Mounting a Leupold LRM3 on an SPR Mod. 0 (ARMS 38 rail with ARMS 40L).  What is the lowest height ARMS 22 ring set that can be used?  Med. or high?  My medium Badgers are too low.  Thanks in advance!

For a 40mm objective scope, the medium height #22's are perfect.

Thank you M700.  I'm assuming this is the case even with Butler Creek flip up sight covers?  I reckon those Badger mediums are lower mediums than the ARMS?  The objective with the Butler Creeks won't allow the LRM3 to sit down on the ARMS 38.  How do you like ARMS 22 rings re repeatability?

Sound like you have a set up similar to mine... the #22Med rings are great with that scope and sure you can use the flip ups just fine. I have never had a problem with my rings repreating zero, and they get taken on and off probably more than most.

Yep....similiar setup here too.....flips work just fine with the medum #22's and the 40L rear sight.  Repeatability as new-arguy said, is not an issue.  They return everytime in my experience.

Sweet rigs.  Mine is identical (or will be with the rings).  Had decent luck with M193 / 55 gr.?

Haven't tried it.  I shoot mainly Georgia Arms 68gr match and Black Hills 77gr blue box.

eklik, you are right, they don't.  I even have the 40L and they don't with it so don't bother swapping ARMS 40's.  With Butler Creeks on there the objective is contacting the rail, and the ocular won't work.  This is why I am going to the ARMS 22 rings.  However, I want them as low as possible as this glass will double duty on my BPT mount on my M25 clone.  I'll have to resight my LRM3, and change the elevation drums, but I won't have to swap rings, which sucks.  I had hoped my current Badger med. rings would work on the ARMS 38 for that reason.....but as you noted, they dont.  As you can see from the cool pics M700 and AR Guy graciously posted, the med. height ARMS22's give full range along the rail, with Butler Creeks, without regard to the ocular positioning.  I need this much rail so that my ring positioning would work on the short BPT as well as the ARMS 38.

Mike, I greatly appreciate that, but Jason at JTAC is getting them and sending with my LMT upper.  I've heard good things about you and have your site saved in my AR15 favorites file

I also had medium ARMS 22's on my SPR that I recently sold. I might as well shamefully plug my AD in the EE. LNIB ARMS 22M, $90 shipped via ground. Add 3% for PP.
