Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What front sling mounts are you using with your crossbolt PRI front flip sites ?

I have a big problem. No one makes front flip sights other than PRI for .625 barrels. Which means if i replace my front sight post with a .625 crossbolt PRI, i will loose the factory sling point on my bushmaster superlight carbine i built. My goal is to keep it light and affordable so im shying away from any rail type system.

To desccribe my set up, preban bushy, collapsing stock, flat top bushy superlight upper. THATS IT. I'm trying to keep her light and simple ...

Suggestions please ?

There are several "tactical" slings on the market that wrap around the handguards to attach. I'm not sure of the manufacturers of the others, but I have a Viking Tactics on one of my rifles that is set up this way.
