ahha ok, what is an auto sear?

It's the part that holds the hammer cocked until the bolt is closed. It's triggered by the bolt carrier when it returns to the fully forward position.

an auto sear is a $10,000 to $15,000 Class III acessory.

So you can spend extra large portions of your annual income on ammunition.
