Are any of these "high-end" buffers worth the price?  Or should I just stick with the basic buffer and spring?  It'll be mounted in a M93...

The high-end buffers are only useful if you need to slow the cyclic rate for some reason. Lots of heat buildup (full-auto) or suppressor usage will increase the pressure in an AR-series rifle (and since it is a gas gun, increased pressure = increased cyclic rate). If you don't need to do that, the regular carbine buffer works just fine.
