I'd like to put a Larue FF rail tube on my 14.5" w/ perm attached Phantom Bushmaster upper.

What are my options?  Is the 7.0 good enough or is that just for 11.5" SBRs?  What about the 9.0, will it clear the sight tower?  Thanks!

on your carbine the 7.0 will work and is whats intended.

the 9.0 is meant for midlength's but will work for the carbine but the fsb will have to be replaced with a low profile gas block.

also since you have a permanently attatched phantom then you will have to have it removed which will usually destroy the fh.

Thanks for the news.  Bravo Co.'s new uppers are looking more attractive every day!  A midlength with a 9.0 is in my future.

I went to buy a 7.0 LaRue for my 16" Bushy Carbine and Mark LaRue convinced me to put a 9.0 on it over one of his low profile Gas Blocks.  Best decission I ever made.  This thing looks sweet.  For a front sight I just used a Troy.

I liked the looks so much I purchased a LaRue 7.0 hand guard and mounted it on my 7" SBR with a Krink Flash Hider sticking out the end of the LaRue.  Once again I had to use one of his Gas Blocks.

Brazos,

Don't have a digital camera so I will have to get a roll of film this weekend, go to the one hour photo place, yada, yada, yada.
