Does your ar run the most reliable with, brand and grain? Specify brand of  upper/lower,thanks.

I handload all my ammo.. 124 and 147.. suppressed and naked muzzle

Lower,, std run of mill AR15 lower to hold mag in place, upper in place, and hold trigger and hammer..

Upper, plain old A1 upper of unknown maker, all it does is provide runway for bolt to go back-forth, and hold barrel in place

My Olympic 9mm upper has never NOT run fine on any ammo I feed it.  Dead stupid reliable.

It usually eats steel cased 124gr or 115gr FMJ 9mm (Brown Bear), but has also eaten 124gr hollow points (various makers), Ranger 147gr subsonic truncated cone, and Fiocchi and Samson 158gr subsonic FMJ.
