Well i took my newest AR out for the second time today. First trip was to the range to sight it in, and today i went out on some open land to have fun with various objects.

so far i've fired 200rds though it without a single problem.

You need to work on your stance.

You will be deaf by 40 if you keep that up.

What kind of AR?

Maybe I missed a frame but with the position of the camera in relation to the sun I can't really tell if he is using hearing protection or not. I like to use the small foam kind that go way in the ear, which if this is what he was using would be quite difficult to see with the lighting.

But yes eye protection is needed, just look at many of the KaBoom stories many shooters eyes have been saved from flying metal, using eye protection.

+1 Although I can't tell if you have any hearing protection in or not. Better safe than sorry. What kind of AR and ammunition...

Aw crap!  He's an AZ shooter!  (As if we don't have enough BOOGER EATERS out here giving the AZ crew a bad reputation)

Lean into it more.  Stand on the balls of your feet.  Let your knees bend a little, kind of like when you're going to swing a baseball bat.

Another FYI:  Golf balls are very reactive when shot at.  Try some EMPTY plastic bottles too, very reactive when hit.

At least you werent chicken winging!
Looks like you had fun.

Good thing there wasn't a swift breeze, you would have fallen over backwards.
