Been a lurker and had to join the club! Picked up a used Armalite and been shooting the hell out of it now im thinking I want a flat top for it now, LMT or find a Colt. Thinking is I want a 1/7 twist compared to my 1/9. Will a LMT or a Colt fit on top? I cant see spending 1600 for a new colt 6920 Plus I want some Optics for it

yes.  Any upper manufactured in spec will fit your lower.
