I SAW ONE OF THESE ON EBAY FOR CHEAP BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL FIT OTHER BRAND AR15'S

Those parts should fit with no problems. AFAIK the only situations you run into with COLT are the differnt sized trigger, hammer, and takedown pins. (and that sear block in some models)

Other than those parts, mil-spec is mil-spec.
