there are a couple of vendor in the Equipment Exchange that are selling RAS marked uppers. I think Del-Ton has a nice price of 89 bucks for a complete one.

RB Precision sells them on Ebay. On their website www.rbprecision.com they sell them for $90 stripped, $115 complete. This is from their website: Chris

You might try J&T. I just finished putting together one of their M4 kits for a buddie of mine. His upper was "T number" marked.

I bought a complete T numbeed upper from Garrison for $85 and it had the same keyhole marking that some members have on their bushmaster uppers. Rbprecision appears to laser etch their t numbers thats better probably.

Keyhole marking is also on RRA uppers.

i was searching ebay and it seems EGW -evolution gun works - may also make numbered uppers.

I have one made by Bushmaster. Numbers are engraved (stamped, roll marked, whatever), and not painted at all.

I bought one from Delton and one from RB Precision. The finish on Delton is a bit gray and rough compared to my RRA and Bushy lower, the markings are engraved and painted (not really neat if you ask me). The RB Precision upper on the other hand is very high quality, deep black in color with similar laser etched T numbers like what you'll find on KAC RAS and other KAC products. They are using RRA uppers if I got my recollection correct.
