whats the cheapest route to do this? thanks!
and will my RRA 2 stage trigger work with this also? or could you reccomend a good 2 stage for 9mm?

Buy it complete from Pete for $875 and some change.  Trust me, after all the custom build ideas, this is STILL the cheapest way to do it from scratch.

i guess i should have mentioned that i have a rra lower reciver and only need a parts kit, any sugestions?

I can say that my buddies 9mm didn't like the RRA trigger.  He needed a DPMS type hammer for it to run right.  
Worked out to my benefit, I got the RRA trigger for a pretty substantial discount.

He has a integrally supressed 9mm upper, and a Hahn mag block that uses Colt type mags.  It is a sweet setup.
