Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Value of COLT 3X Scope??

I just bought a old Colt 3x scope that sits on top of the carry handle for $100. I thought that was a fair deal, the salesman said the scope came from a 1968 Colt SP1. I now have it on a 1992 Colt Sporter. So I was wondering if this scope has any collector value, or if a $100 is a fair price for both parties.

It is worth more than $100.  Probably more like $150-$200.  Watch-Six
