Anyone else have trouble with the fit on these? Extension is Mil-Spec, so is IMOD, but fit is very tight. To adjust, I have to pull the release away from the body like you do when installing. Pushing toward body doesn't release. There shouldn't have to be any lubricate used here, I would think. The MOE I took off was easy to adjust. I do like how the IMOD does not move around, except it would be nice to easily adjust it.

well i have no idea then...

as you said spikes should be in spec.  But then again the VLTOR should be in spec as well.

I have an IMOD and an EMOD both in milspec and both fit my milspec extensions perfectly.

might consider gently filing down a bit on inside of the stock where it is rubbing... or posting directly in the VLTOR industry forum and asking advice there... bear in mind they only reply to things there once every few days.

Hope that helps...

Thanks, I will see if anything inside stock is dragging. I wonder is some type of dry lube would hurt anything?

My Vltor was a little tight at first but it quickly loosened up enough.

+1

Few bangs and it loosens up.

Cycling it back and forth about a hundred times has already helped a little.
Thanks to all for advice.
