How about Spike's 37MM flare launcher? Looks pretty badass. Never seen one on the range, but I'd love to have one myself.

Vltor's CASV have removable lower sections for this exact purpose and I think they look pretty cool

I am more into function than looks but that's me. Spikes is coming out with their new SAR hand rails and they look bad azz from the photos I have seen. My middy has been on order from Spikes since July waiting on the first SAR's to be released. Not sure it is different enough for you, but it will be the thinnest and lightest rail on the market.
