What is the range of grain weight bullets that you can shoot and expect good accuracy from through a 1:9 twist barrel?

I just got my first AR = a 24" Bushmaster Varminter.

What would a good source of info on this subject be?

50-68grains.  Some people can get the 77grain ammo to shoot OK too. But I wouldn't bet on it.

The 52grain Black Hills Moly Coated is excellent for high accuracy.

68grain ammo will carry farther with better accuracy and downrange power. (they also act more predictably in the wind.)  But the 52grain stuff seems to shoot better at close range (100-200yds). It's great varmint ammo.
