I picked up some older boxes of 5.56 locally to just have and not shoot.  The original contents of this box are WCC 87, but there are three LC 75 and one TW 71 in it.  Obviously handled and some chambered, but they still look good.  Anyone know if the TW 71 with the non-brass primer has been reloaded or did they make some this way from the factory?  I've never seen this color primer in a factory 5.56.

yup the tw 71 has been reloaded.  the crimp been removed form the primer pocket

Thanks sgt, thats what I thought.  I know nothing about reloading, but now I see what you are talking about.
