Ok, I have a new set of factory iron sights on the way for my ar,but I have my trijicon on also. Does anyone know if when I take the trijicon off to sight in the new iron sights if I will have to rezero the scope? The scope is on the tactical rail so I know which slot it belongs. Thanks and happy thanksgiving.

Depends on the mount.

If you torqued the mount on the rail when you first installed it and torque it to the same value when you reinstall it in exactly the same place on the rail, it will be pretty close, if the mount is any good.

If it is off it will be close enough to zero within a few shots at 100 yards, or close enough to be within one "minute of man" until you get to the range to make it perfect.

I just removed and replaced a TR-24 in an ADM Recon QD mount.
It was shooting 1" to the right at 100 yards when I reinstalled it, and it took 1 shot to make it "perfect" (at least as perfect as I can get it with a 4x scope).

It completely depends on the mount. With a LaRue LT104 I use on my NF NSX 8-32x, I can take it off and put it back on and it will be within 0.25 MOA, but that is what you get when you pay $200 for a mount.
