I am looking into getting one of these. Can someone post some pics and pics of the reticle. And How did you like it?

I don't have this particular Trijicon scope, I've ordered a TA11H-308G for use with a 7.62x51 rifle.  However, here's some photo's of the TA31F-G, courtesy of Trijicon.

I'd suggest you consider the TA31H-G, with this reticle:

There's also the TA11H-G for the .223 rifle.

Is it easy to find the chevron? I am coming from an Aimpoint M2. Is the any reason not to get red on the chevron?

I dont have this specific ACOG model but i have an ACOG M4CP with the red chevron reticle. my previous optic was an eotech and it will take a little bit for yourself to adjust from a red dot to a Acog reticle. its not hard at all to find the red chevron, i love mine but the 4x magnificaton is a little slower to acquire. dont hesitate getting one theyre pretty sweet !

I have the ta31f with the red chevron and havr been amazed with the optic. I have not had any experience with the green but I cant imagine it being any worse . for me the real test is field practicality . I can shoot up close and fast which some times happens when hunting deer in thick cover yet still fill a life size groundhog target full of holes at 200 yds and play hell with a b-27 target at 300 yds. I dont have any elevation knobs to deal with not switches to turn off or on and no focus adjustments to fiddle with . just point and shoot . I think you will enjoy the acog very much. good luck and post pics when you get it.

I have one OP, when I get home from walmart ill snap pix of it. Its a fantastic scope, the reticle never washes out, and in fact, I hat to put tape over the tube to calm it from being overexcited on sunny days.

Does the front site post disappear when looking through 4x acog?

Just understand that the BDC is not going to be dead-on with your SBR barrel screwing with the ballistics..
