Got a new Tripower from CS, reticle came canted not more than 1 degree, but noticable with the aimpoint magnifier behind it. Mike from CS got me an RMA and had trijicon pick up the sight. One week later, she's back and perfect. Very happy.

I got a TR21R and it seemed that the red tritium lamp was dim.
I sent it in to Trijicon to get checked out.
Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. they advised me that the amber one was easier to see.
They offered to exchage it at no charge!
Their customer service was so good that I would buy my next scope from them just based on that.
