RRA has a nice 2-stage that's simple to install. $99 delivered if ordered from their website. Some on this board have stated that they will "lose" the second stage, but mine hasn't yet. I took it out of my 'wulf after reading that, but I decided hell with it and put it back in. I've subsequently added one to my Oly .223.
