Trigger and Hammer Markings

I have a trigger and hammer, both marked with a F3. Anyone identify these?

I have searched, but can not find anything.

FCG that came with my DPMS lower parts kit the tigger is marked F1 and the hammer is marked F2, same markings as the OP just different numbers.

I have an older Bushmaster fcg marked the same, could be it?

Or at least sourced from the same manufacturer.

The survivalist thread I have linked said they were BCM - F3 = BCM

The markings you see are from the casting references

Seems most DPMS are marked in this fashion, along with a few others.

I have read that it is nothing more than a cavity mold number.

I have both Colt and CMMG kits marked "S", and like I said, my Bushmaster fcg is marked F with a number (can't recall which).

Slow to the game I am.

And identifier in the event there is a quality issue , easier to track down a problem mold.
