Not the thumb nuts but the 2 screws that hold the mount to the scope.

I would say about 50 or so inch pound`s, with loc tight.

I got an e-mail back from Trijicon today and they said there is no torque spec.

I really thought that there would be a torque spec... So is that true?

I would just snug it up with some blue loctite and you'll be GTG.

That's what I did too.  Just put a drop of loctite on each screw from the little bottle that came with my LT-100.

I hope you used the red one. Had some with the blue back out.

Blue is what came with it so blue is what I used.  I don't like loctite anyway and there is no chance I will use red on something I might want to remove someday.

If you use the red one it is gonna stay put but you aren't going to get it loose unless you want to take a blow torch to the bottom of your $800 scope, ask me how I know this
I did this once with a Chicom 4x clone and a LaRue mount and tried to get it off.  I felt a bit odd trying to put heat to the bottom a scope and an aluminum mount.  Blue is the way to go.
