Always fun when Nick comes over to use my tools to finish a build.This is his 1975 ish M16A1 clone complete with the night sites front(tritium) and rear(large hole aperature),and of coarse the AN-PVS 2,US Army,not IZZY rebuilt one.Complete ALL Colt parts on NDS lower.

Great looking rifle. How heavy are those night vision rigs? HEAVY! I had the opportunity to help try one out and troubleshoot it, and after five minutes on a rifle decided no amount of cool was worth the offset, awkward weight! I think they are 8 lbs, but the offset makes it feel a lot heavier. |

Question: How does the rifle have a NoDak receiver, a flash suppressor, and a bayonet lug in New York? Is there some kind of loop hole you can go through?

Nice! I've been wanting to build one with a PVS-2, but I guess if I had the bucks I'd get my PVS-14 purged and filled first...
