Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - To those with IOR high mount rings...

How high do these high mount rings raise your scope off of the rail?  Mike and CS Gunworks told me that they were 1.40" high?  Is this the height of the total ring (base and ring) or is the bottom of the ring 1.40" off of the rail?

I would really like to mount a scope but not have to remove my BUIS.  The BUIS sits 3/4" high when it is folded down.

Call 303-979-4578 (IOR Valdada) for a definitive answer.

I think 1.4" is the centerline of the scope, the height you're looking right through.
