Any truth in the "Faster Lockup" and "Better Accuracy" claims?  I know this applies to bolt guns, but haven't read any data for AR's.

No but you can get reduced reliablity and broken firing pins.  This is a 100% avoid item.

Avoid them ... not only are they a waste of money, they may reduce the reliability of your rifle.
