HI folks three questions

1. Does anyone have any experience with J&T Distributing uppers and thier quality and accuracy.

2. Can not find the assembly instructions that once was on this site.  Are they gone

3. Torque value for the buffer tube to receiver?

I bought a 24" SS High rise upper from these folks.  Good to deal with, good prices, nice upper.
