Does anyone know the correct washer for a three prong FH? Can you use a crush washer? How should they be indexed?
And is there any expedient method to install them as opposed to buying the wrench for a one time use?

The three prong uses a standard split(lock) washer. Probably can use a crush washer. No index is mentioned in the manual. Can't think of another way to install them, the wrenches are cheap tho.
