Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Thread size for flash hider?

I have a BM H-Bar bbl and am looking to thread it for a FH.  Could someone tell me what I need to get the bbl turned down to and what the thread type is?  If it matters I'll be using a Phantom FH.

If this doesn't make any sense let me know, not too up to date on my machine shop lingo.
