hey guys I have been looking at the Grip Pod a s possible option for long range shots. You guys that have used them what are your thoughts on them. What do you like and don;t like. Would you recommend one. I have spoken with some of my friends who have/are serving in A-Stan and they like them. What do you guys think. Thanks

I have gone to grip pods on my ARs with FVGs.

I love them. Rock solid and very stable as a FVG or as a bipod.

I like my Grip pod alot. It is larger than other grips but it also offers a bipod to stand up the rifle which is usefull for more than just shooting.

Before you buy one i think magpul is coming out with a mag pod.

As for the grip pod i used one bench shooting and made consistent hits.

It is not as good as a dedicated bipod but it works alright, not the best but will do in a pinch.
