Other than it some totally useless shit on it, and the fact the guy doesnt even know what he's selling (American Eagle???...How about Eagle Arms dumbass), it LOOKS like a pre-ban Eagle.

Either he doesn't know what he is selling, or he is using the old trick of pretending not to know while pulling some kind of hijinx (sp?).  But I am Cap'n Cynical.
