This thing looks great, and at a little over half the price of the battle comp 2.0 its a hell of a value IMO

I would say its about the same as the BC 2.0

I'm really wanting to pick one up and try it, but I have already spent way too much this month on ammo and a new tactical light

Man that looks really good. The only it doesn't have that the bc 2.0 has is the ability to accept a can!

Anyone know the specs on this? Length, weight? Performance? (Or is this the first we've seen of these?).
I just posted, asking about them in the "Accessories" section moments ago.
I LOVE my PWS FSC556, but if this break gives 85% of the recoil reduction and muzzle rise, I'd get it. I'm just not sure any of these type brakes, reduce recoil as good as the PWS––even though they do REDUCE the concussion, which is great.
The one BC I shot pushed 15-20% more than my PWS, but muzzle rise-reduction was the same. YMMV.
I do like the length and wouldn't mind sending concussion somewhere besides at the people next to me.

I always find what I want here on the EE usually. Even though it's used it's cheaper than any online place. However, if I really want something I go retail, but very very rare. Nothing against them because I've heard nothing but good things. I'll start ordering from AIM tonight with the DC.

I'm curious what the benefit is over the standard version. I have 2 std and would imagine the reduced volume of the short could detract from effectiveness.

I believe Spikes is in the process of making a can to specifically fit the smaller comp.

Thanks, as I thought. I guess it also appeases the guys who are concerned with saving every fraction of an inch and having something close to an A2 size.
