After work I got a nice package from G&R. I took a few minutes and mounted the Aimpoint ML3 in its LaRue mount on my carbine. At the price of gas I didn't plan on going to the range today as it is a 50 mile round trip. I just so happened to get an unexpected recall back to work and threw the rifle in the back just in case it didn't take long. Well it didn't take long.
It was good and dark by the time I got to the range on my way back home. I had the rifle zero'd at 50 yards in about 9 shots. The last group was about 2.5 inchs offhand at 50 yards with the target illumination coming from the edge of my headlights. I'll take that target for offhand even in the daytime! (yeah, I know a mounted light is better but I have to pay for this yet.!) I'm satisfied as hell. Thanks Roxanne.}:::>
