Ordered some of the shelf parts for my Dissapator At 2.30 on a Sunday morning, needles to say I ordered all the wrong parts.Duh., which I dully received by the next Friday. Called BM on Monday to explain,no problem, please mail it back to us and we will send out the correct parts NO EXTRA GHARGE.
Received my CORRECT parts today.I'm sure they have not yet received my returned goods.
