It just sits in the safe becasue I want to keep it nice. But my LMT/MEGA build could use the YHM FF of the Bushmaster.

Would it be stupid to take parts off this gun and use them?

Dont for one second think it will someday be a collectors item, it wont be.

Firearm special editions are much like car special editions, they are done to get someone to buy a product.

There is noting special or collectible about them.  The only special edition runs I can think of that are actually worth money are the 1 in 1000 Winchester rifles from way back in the day.
