I had the exact same scope on my Pre-ban BM before I sold them both a few years back. Its a great scope but seemed too large for the rifle. I never shoot over 300yds, so maybe thats why. If you frequently shoot at the larger ranges, this may be an excellent combination.

Great scope for a precision bolt rifle, lousy for most uses with an AR, because 10X magnification gives you a tiny field of view. It's like walking around looking through a straw. You have to have plenty of time to set up your shot, which means distance, and a 16" AR is a poor distance rifle.
