I've dealt with them twice. Once, they made a slight mistake on my order, and when I called, they (I forget exactly who it was that I talked to) acted like the business would have to shut it's doors if they didn't fix it, ASAP. They strike me as very customer service oriented people. I have no qualms at all about dealing with them.
