I have a friend that is selling his T15... so im doing a bit of research on the rifle so i can come up with a fair price for it as he doesnt have a clue what to sell it for... he said he got the gun from a dealer and the rifle has a Tactical Innovations lower but he wsa under the impression that the rifle is from Tactical Innovations... so im wondering if anybody knows if they TI made any complete rifles or his dealer put the unit together...  any help would be greatly appreciated... i was going to post a few pics but i cant find the attach key...

I do not believe Tactical Innovations builds complete rifles. From what I can tell they make lowers and upper/lower combos (T15 lower for around $120, T15BDX (Billet Deluxe) lowers for $175 and T15BDX combos for $275). The only complete rifle I came across was @ Cabelas, but it had a SOG Armory upper assembly, and a few other aftermarket parts and they were asking $1,099. It's possible the rifle he's selling may have an TI upper/lower combo with "fill in the blank" parts. That being said, all reviews of the Tactical Innovations receivers have been positive.
