Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - TR20 Amber- Issues?

I just bought a new TR20 with amber reticle.  The reticle becomes sunfaded when viewing "light colored" objects during the day.  It looks okay when viewing darker colored objects.  The fiber window is open all the way.  Is it just the contrast?  I almost just see a normal black post sometimes when viewing light colored objects.  I guess I could use the black post as my aiming point, but is this normal?
