Can anybody tell me how much I should expect to pay for a used but 99% condition upper?

This is a panther arms sweet 16 upper with SS Bull barrel.  The gas block has been removed and replaced with a front site style gas block.  How much should this cost?

If nobody knows this then perhaps someone can tell me if its even possible to buy this upper without the lower?  It is looking as though I cannot.

are you determined to get a SS bull barreled 16"er?

I only ask because it is an unusual set up. Bull bbls. are typically benchrest guns, and benchrest guns tend to be 18-20"

But I have seen every imaginable configuration here at one time or another, so I suppose it isn't that rare.

I am not dead set on it.  Somewhere I read about this sweet 16 upper that could perform very well out of the box.  I thought it was a cool combination.  I forget what the numbers were but I want to say it was something like 1/4 MOA at 100 yds.  That said I am a rookie.  I have little experience.  Perhaps you or someone can tell me if I am going to miss out on alot of accuracy with a 16" bull barrel vs a 20".  I believe the Sweet sixteen is a bull barrel under the handgaurd and regular diameter beyond that.  I am not looking to set any records here rather I would just like to have a very accurate gun and be able to get into Varmint hunting too.
