Which one is better for the money? M900 is about $500 and change, I think, and M952XM07 is about $400. Also which one is lighter?

I've got both and I prefer the M910.  They are both great lights, but I like that the M910 is a single unit that is completely in line, therefore, not adding any width to the rifle's profile.  They are both extremely robust units that throw out a lot of light.  The M910 also has navigation LEDs that can be used for low-pro navigation when you don't want to alert the world to your presense.  If you get the M910, make sure you get the Larue Upgrade mount.  Calvin at Brightflashlights can hook you up, or you can order it straight from Larue Tactical already installed.

BTW, Unless you are mounting the M952XM07 on a full length rifle, I would suggest getting it with the XM06 tailcap.  It is plenty long enough (maybe even too long) for a carbine to give you maximum versatility.
I bought an M951XM06 from Calvin at Brightflashlights.net for $267.

Here is my AR with the M910 with Larue upgrade mount.

All three of my M900s have ARMS mounts, I've had no problems with any, while my ARMS 19S is moving back and forth after a few years.  They can be too tight to close (especially if the rails are painted), but I don't think the LaRue upgrade is a must.

I have three M96x lights, they can be positioned at 9, 6 and 3 o'clock, with the M900 it's only at 6 o'clock.  The M900 is heavier I think, even after you've added a forward grip to the M95x setup.

The M900 has the pressure switch built in, no need to find ways to attach the switch tape to the forward grip or handguard.

The M900A is a little heavey, but it's compact and doesn't add as much to get caught. I really like mine.
