Can a Surefire M600C Scout light be mounted on a Larue LT-606 Offset mount?

I know the LT-172 will work but I would like an offset mount for my light.  Has anyone tried this combo?

Thanks.

It won't work as it needs to be mounted by two screws on the bottom. There won't be any way to get the rings around the Scout light.

For offset, you have the Gear Sector and Danger Close as your only options. These, of course, don't have QD. LaRue, however, is making an offset Scout mount but it is unknown when it will come to market (see the LaRue Industry forum for more details). I ended up going with the LT-172 as I got one cheap on the EE and I use a SR07 switch to activate the light. I realize that offset has a few advantages, but I chose LaRue quality and QD over these. YMMV.

I just received an email from Larue and the LT-172 is their only option for the Surefire Scout light.  I guess I'll just get that and make it work.

FWIW, I really like the Gear Sector mount.

Danger Close, Gear Sector, and Surefire all make offset mounts for the Scout light.
