I saw a surefire shotgun forend for sale at a gun show. The flashlight part was gone. How hard would it be and which models of flashlights are designed to screw into it??

It would have to be made for the fore end to work properly.

You might be able to put something together from parts, but with a 12gauge, you will need a shock isolated bezel

How much was it?

Without the light, I wouldn't pay more than $75.

The Forend Housing can accept a number of different Lamp Modules

The black knurled tube and the bezel together form the Lamp Module.

The L60 which is the standard Lamp Module and takes two SF123A batteries:

You can also use the LM90 which is the "M3" bezel and takes three SF123A batteries.

Should be able to accept the L72 and L75 lasers as well.

I thought you weren't going to buy Surefire products anymore?

Or the L46 IR Lamp Module, or the L90 Lamp Module, or the... etc etc etc
